User :   I am having some problems with my chest and throat

User :   my chest feels like it is burning, my throat hurts and my tonsils are a little swollen and they aslo have bright red pits in them
User :   I have a cough and that makes my throat hurt even worse
Doctor :   ok did you have these symptoms previously?
User :   my fiance thinks I have strep throat but I don't have white puss pockets on my tonsils
User :   no that came all at once just a couple of days ago
Doctor :   did you have any outside food in recent past?
User :   yes
Doctor :   since when are these things bothering you?
User :   about 2 or 3 days ago is when my throat started feeling like sandpaper and my chest was burning
User :   Then I started getting a cough after that and now my tonsils are a little swollen now
Doctor :   ok this probably could be a throat infection which can happen eating outside or any voice abuse
Doctor :   you need to get a throat examination done by en ent specialist

Doctor :   to check for any ulcers in the throat that might be causing this
Doctor :   salt water gargling is good to relive pain and swelling
