User :   Intermittent pinching/burning pain on upper right side of left breast right under the skin. Sore to touch.

User :   On and off for a few months. After it goes away, I really don't think much about it till it happens again. It seems to come after I have been lifting weights or doing quite a bit of heavy lifting.

Doctor :   it looks like you have a allergic reaction
Doctor :   do you have any other medical problem ?
User :   Hiatal hernia, GERD, high cholestrol controlled by Lipitor, migraines.
Doctor :   and what all medications are you on ?
User :   Lipitor 20mg. Estrodial 5mg. Clonozpam - low dose, Treximet when I am getting a migraine and Percocet to help with migraines.
Doctor :   and is your cholesterol under control
Doctor :   do you take any medication when you have this itching ?
User :   It is getting under control. It is not so much an itch as it is a hot, pinching pain.

Doctor :   well you should apply calamine lotion
Doctor :   that will ease the itching
User :   There is no itching. It is like a pinching pain.
Doctor :   also if you can take benedryl
Doctor :   that will help
Doctor :   as its more of a allergic reaction
Doctor :   if the symptoms dont subside in 3 days then you would have to see a dermatologist
User :   I worry it has something to do with my heart. But, I have had numerous heart related test. Angiogram, Nuclear stress test, TTE Doppler Complete. All results were fine. It scares me when they strange feeling occurs.
