User :   i fell face first and my knee hit the did not hurt for about 30 minutes, but when i got home a couple hours later it was tender and very swollen...also my calf is very has been sore for three days and is tender to touch on outside edge of knee where it started bruising the day after it happened....but the bruise is in the back of my knee and is very black and blue and covers my entire back of knee and all the way up my hamstring to my buttocks....
