Doctor :   yaz is used for pre-menstrual syndrome
Doctor :   So, have you been seeing a gynecologist?
User :   i am taking it to stop pregnancy
User :   no
Doctor :   Yeah, Ok.
Doctor :   Ok are you taking it as an OTC pill without prescription?
User :   yeah i have a script for it !! i work in a chemist
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   When did you start having Yaz
User :   umm januray this year
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I think Yaz is causing the breast pain since it is too long
Doctor :   since you have started it
User :   its only been the last few weeks !! and i have had no trouble with it since now
Doctor :   Actually this is not worrisome symptom
Doctor :   I had to reason out
Doctor :   but since you are complaining about the pain
User :   but it hurt when i wear a bra and touch them !!
Doctor :   I understand, you have to wear a bra which is more than the actual size
User :   yeah i have fitted bras !!
Doctor :   It should not be fitted bras
Doctor :   you have to wear a loose one
Doctor :   and in fact remove it during night
User :   i dont sleep with them !! i mean i have been measured to get the right ones
Doctor :   Put hot fomentation over the breasts to relief the pain
User :   like a heat pack
Doctor :   Yes
Doctor :   In fact you can even take an ADVIL like pain killer to ease the pain
Doctor :   if the heat pack does not help
User :   yeah do that already and i take nurofen and sometimes panadeine
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I usually recommend that you wear a support bra rather than an underwire bra
User :   ok
Doctor :   One more thing if you are not wearing the bra at night, and still pain
Doctor :   You may even want to wear the bra while you sleep. The bra should cup the breasts firmly, without binding or biting.
User :   okay i will try
Doctor :   packs
Doctor :   If heat packs are not helping, then try refreezable packs
Doctor :   put at least for 15 minutes
User :   okay !!
Doctor :   This will slow the flow of fluids to the breasts, which will help reduce the swelling.
Doctor :   Cut salt and processed foods
Doctor :   Cut coffee too, it may help
User :   dont eat that stuff !!
User :   dont drink coffee
Doctor :   Ok good
Doctor :   I hope you do not have any discharge from the nipples
User :   i had it once
Doctor :   Ok that is fine
User :   oh ok
Doctor :   So your pain shall remain for sometime and go on its own, only thing is you need to take measures to reduce the discomfort
Doctor :   If you see a doctor, they give you a pill which reduce the further fluids in the breast
Doctor :   and ease the pain further
User :   do u know what that is called
Doctor :   Water pill
User :   oh like a fliud pill
Doctor :   yes
User :   wont that make u go to the toilet heaps
Doctor :   low doses
