User :   i have noticed for about 5 days already pain during defactation.for the past two days i have seen some red blood spots in my underwear

User :   around 5 or 6 days ago only...i started seeing blood only twice...yesterday and today

User :   no blood during defacation but there is a sharp pain when i pass

User :   the blood i saw was during the day..stained on my underwear

User :   i am 35 years....corporate manager.. married at 5'7" overweight at 220 lbs

High Blood sugar/ high blood pressure/ Asthma/allergies etc?
User :   no alcohol...smoke yes..but occassionally... only once a week....i stopped already though not completely

User :   btw i have been using colchicine for the past 5 years to treat chronic gout...i get diarhhea...

User :   only when i take colchicine around the 7th time in 2 days...
User :   last time i had it was 4 weeks ago
User :   when i had an attack...i'd normally have an attack once a month

Doctor :   Colchicine per se has the potential to cause the bleed in the digestive tract
