User :   what did you mean about bone remodeling from intense strecthing
Doctor :   The muscle you stretch a lot pulls its attachment on the bone
Doctor :   in order to over come this the bone at the attachment gets stronger by deposition of more calcium
User :   so can intense stretching be an unnatural way of adding height
Doctor :   Yes,
User :   how much gain could you see 2 centimeter and could this be bad for your body
Doctor :   But the extent of height is very very minimal that its not appearent
Doctor :   Overall lengthening of the body is impossible only and the lengthening is very minimal and not generalised
User :   you no of anyone who could tell me more on this subject
