User :   hi My name is -----, age 30, i was diagnosed with essential High BP about 3 years back

User :   i m taking everyday Amlogaurd 10mg, Nitrilix SR and covance 50mg in the morning and then one covance 50 mg in the evening

Doctor :   what is your Bp readings now
User :   although it has controlled my BP to normal level but I m not sure at this age i should take such a heavy dose of BP medicine and that too lifetime.. my height is 5ft 8" and weight is 84 kg... My last BP reading couple of days back was 125/85

Doctor :   You have to continue the antihypertensives fo rlifelong
User :   i understand that but can i reduce mydosage to half n check for few days
Doctor :   that has to be decided by the doctor who is treating you, may be in future he may reduce the dose once BP is under controled
