Doctor :   I feel your Blood Pressure is absolutely fine , needs only slight change which can be done with a cautious diet and exercise plan and no further need to change or usage of medication.
Doctor :   Your systolic needs to be 130, though 143 is not abnormal I would say , as we tend to take more preventive care rather than cure .

User :   This is reassuring after reading that i should not go over 120/80

Doctor :   Yes 120/80 is for sure the correct and healthy value but for 61 yrs of age , We take it 130/80 also to be fine if you do not have any other precipitating factors like Diabetes.

User :   I did pass some kidney stones in my urine over twenty years ago with no repeats

Doctor :   1. Your Body Mass Index is shows that you are Grade 1 Obese and need to cut down your weight by 10 kilograms or 18 pounds.
Doctor :   2. Please switch over to fresh fruits, veggies, juices and fiber diet .
Doctor :   3. Please avoid fatty, junk, oily food and have nutritiouos protein diet. with less carbs and fats.
Doctor :   4. Please walk daily at least 5 days a week for 3o min. in the morning and 30 min. in the evening.
Doctor :   These changes in life style and diet and exercise will make your Blood pressure normal in not more than a month, you can see the difference.
