User :   sir i was chatting and due to power failure my internet was down

User :   i was mentioning that whenever i feel hungry little gas gets filled up and i take food and it bulges little more and i want to avoid this

User :   no i am pure vegeterian...& after my typhoid 3 yrs back i have stopped eating more of oily & spicy food...less of tea/coffee consumption

User :   sir i get up in the morning 5am go waling for 45mts come back i will have coffee and by 9:00 am breakfast/1:30 lunch/8:00pm dinner

User :   since my lunch time is at 1pm, i need to wait and then go to home.

User :   yes sir, i am keeping regular time...but the problem is by 12:00pm i feel hungly & i stay for 1hr as it is and then go for lunch

User :   afternoon from 2:00pm almost upto 7pm i do not take any input
Doctor :   Chewing gum or drinking through a straw can lead to air swallowing, causing more gas
Doctor :   Exercise helps relieve depression and stress, stimulates normal contractions of your intestines and can help you feel better about yourself. If you've been inactive, start slowly and gradually increase the amount of time you exercise.
