User :   i get these pin sized (or pore size) clear blisters that completely cover my chest and move out over my shoulder and a few on my stomach when i am in the shower, bath, hot tub, and sometimes when it is extreamly hot outside. They dont itch burn or anything. they seam to pop easily and i feel like i am getting more of them more often. they usually go away after a while so i cant get to a doctor for them to see. what is it?
Doctor :   hI,
Doctor :   Dr XXXXXXXX here
User :   hi
Doctor :   Do you think the rise in temperature around triggers them ?
User :   that is what i assume
User :   it just started about 6 or so months ago
Doctor :   ok,What about in the colder temperature ?
User :   nothing just usualy in the shower, bath, hot tub and i have even gotten them when it was hot and my skin wasnt exposed to the sun.
Doctor :   ok, may i know the exact color of the lesion ?
User :   the blisters are clear
Doctor :   Are they blisters or raised tops without any fillings ?
User :   i think they are blisters... i think there is fluid in them
Doctor :   may i know the fluid color ?
User :   yes there is fluid in them i just checked the fluid is clear too.
Doctor :   ok, what time they take to disappear ?
User :   for all of them to go away a few hours
User :   2 or 3 maybe
Doctor :   Do you get fever meantime?
User :   no
Doctor :   Any swollen lymphnodes in the neck or in the armpits ?
User :   no
Doctor :   ok, after your detailed history i could think of two possibilities
Doctor :   one is XXXXXXXX syndrome and the other being cat scratch both do present like what you described
Doctor :   get examined by a dermatologist, ask him to stress on the diagnosis i gave , he will help you after examining you
Doctor :   there is no need that the lesions should be present , there are other indicators to diagnose the issue
Doctor :   which are picked up by the detailed physical examination
User :   ok. Are these something I should be worried about
Doctor :   no, these are constitutional illnesses , they are self limiting , but treated faster with interventions
User :   ok, thanks
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting
Doctor :   bye for now
Doctor :   take care
