Doctor :
how can i help you?
Doctor :
please proceed with your health query
User :   as of today me and my boyfriend had sex
User :   and i experienced little bleeding after intercourse
Doctor :
User :   but this is this first time this has ever happened, could this be serious?
Doctor :
was there pain also?
User :   no there was absolutely no pain
Doctor :
when did you have your last menstrual period?
User :   i should be starting either this week or next week
User :   my last menstral period was a couple days before thanksgiving
Doctor :
sometimes the bleeding happens if you are very close to your usual period dates.
Doctor :   but to be sure that nothing else is gone wrong
User :   ok, that makes sense. so this is not serious
Doctor :
you will need to go for and examination
Doctor :
and a test called PAP smear
User :   ive never had a pap smear of nothing before
Doctor :
to see that this is not a precursor for cervical cancer symptoms and changes in cervix
Doctor :
as bleeding after intercourse is a symptoms of cevvicitis, cervical lesion, cervical polyp, and cervical cancer
User :   i looked up symptoms of cevical cancer and other things to be safe and i do not experience any of the symptoms not even abdominal pain
Doctor :
so we need to rule out all these by examination and investigations

Doctor :
this is only one of the symptoms. later stages you will develop the others depending on severity
