User :   hi im 16 and have been having sex with my partner for a while now but faterwards i bleed why ?
Doctor :   do you mean to say that after each intercourse you have the bleeding? if yes since when is this happening?
Doctor :   how much blood do you lose approximately? is it a light bleeding or does it go on for sometime?

Doctor :   the first time bleeding could be due to hymen rupture, the subsequent ones could be suggestive of pelvic or cervical infections
Doctor :   you will need further investigations and examination dine by a gynecologist (not your regular doctor) to rule out internal injuries to vaginal wall or cervix
Doctor :   you will also need a vaginal smear test and a PAP smear test to look for vaginal and cervical infection
