User :   I had blood in my urine. It started on 2-11-11 around noon. Mind you , I have an St. Judes Aortic Valve of about 2 years. Have been on 7.5 mg/Coumadin daily to keep me theraputic (2.5 - 3.5). I started to notice I was bruising VERY easily on the 8th, Then started urinating blood on 2-11-11. I had a certain drug interaction recently that caused my INR to spike over 10. Went to the ER and was admitted was given a bag of FFP and a Bag of Vitamin K. After careful monitoring, the next day I was triggered at a 2.3, yet was still urinating blood. It is now 2:10 am on Tues. the 15th. And after being discharged today, being told that my INR was ok and I have a few follow ups this week, I am still urinating blood. I left the hospital with an INR around 2.5....when will the bleeding stop?
