User :   I am experiencing diffculty functioning normaly and it changes from day to day. I dont know what I should do or what is effecting me. Help?

User :   Yes.
User :   Well My overall feeling of how each day is going to go is different everyday and can change at a moments notice. I get agitated at certain things and can not control what is going on with myself. Its like i go into a fit of rage for what seems like nothing later on , but at the time, I am convinced that something is "wrong enough" for me to go into my moods.

User :   I am a 23 year old female.
User :   i would say it has been a long time. My parents complained of my "lack of remorse" from the time I was 12 until i moved out.

User :   It has gotten EXTREME in the past year though. I have lost many jobs, friends, and have become completely unable to drive.
User :   I am a stay at home mother of 2. snows here so I just do not drive. It is ok for me though because i am not required to drive because I am a stay at home mom.

User :   No, i wouldnt say so. I do sweat alot and get extremely angery, scared and sually tear up when I am forced to get into a car. Sometimes i will be fine, but as soon as i tense up for anyreason it doesnt stop.

User :   I have chest pains when i get angry but they are not terrible. almost like a pulling in my chest.

User :   Yes. Normal time every month, give or take a day or 2

User :   on most days, yes.
User :   Excerdrine helps though, just makes me feel wired.

User :   Once when I was a young teen

User :   Any other time I made appts i cancelled because I was afraid of what I would be told. Embarrassed maybe.
User :   I do not sleep well. usually I can fall asleep by 1:30 if i really really try, but most nights I am up at 4.

The psychological problem that you have been facing are probably related to the stressors.
User :   what is a stressor?

They could be related to the decreased sleeping habits you have.

User :   how can i stop this

They can be treated with few life style modifications.

1. You may need to have a good regular sleeping habits.

User :   my brain is most active at night. racing thoughts keep me awake
Doctor :   A normal person need atleast 6 to 8 hours of sleep in a day.
Doctor :   If your sleep has been altered, then you can consult one of your local doctors who can put you on one of the sleeping pills.

They can help you in solving atleast 75% if the problem.

User :   So just ask a doctor for sleeping pills and everything will be better? Even my fear of driving?
Doctor :   Good amount of sleep will make you feel better if not completely stop them.
