Doctor :   It helps in several ways, like improving concentration, focus and mental ability.
Doctor :   It is helpful in several conditions like Anxiety and Depression especially because,
Doctor :   it gives a sense of peace and direction.
User :   how much time we have to give for meditation
Doctor :   Usually you can start with short duration of time like 5 minutes and slowly work on increasing the duration.
Doctor :   Upto 1/2 hour of meditation is ideal.
