User :   this is regarding my repeat query

User :   I have been having fever (esp in the evening) since sunday

User :   i did blood test which came clear (except for rise in eisonphile)
User :   initially on crocin cold n flu (since) and today on ibuprofen 600 (twice a day)
User :   i have no relief yet , I again can sense my temp rising

User :   also get this heavy feeling in the right side of the rib cage extending till if something is stuck
User :   i did CBC and malarial + routine urine

Doctor :   Please get the following tests done by tomorrow maximum and please let me know the status of the reports.

User :   morning i chatted witha doctor who mentioned its streptococcal infection
Doctor :   2. Chest x- ray PA View.
User :   widal test was suggested to be done post 1 week (i was told)
User :   I am getting mixed responses for same condition which i am sharing :-(
Doctor :   Yes that is true but sometimes it does not have classical fever symptoms or other symptoms or also may be Paratyphoid , so that is the reason we ask you to get it done.
Doctor :   Chest x-ray has been recommended for the same reason..
Doctor :   For any Streptococcal or Staph or Other URTI or other infection you need to get a chest X-ray done to see if any Serious infection in the chest cavity

User :   surprisingly temp rises only in the evening

Doctor :   I feel it is Bacterial Infection in the Lungs or URTI .
User :   lower backpain is prominent which i generally get when i have fever
Doctor :   So it is almost mandatory to get an X-ray done .
Doctor :   Please do not neglect and just start taking medication like an antibiotic, like Augmnetin, but please get an X-ray done and proper chest examination by a physician who can auscultate your luings.

Doctor :   Hope you are following, Please follow the recommendations that I have advised.
User :   to manage the fever now, can i take crocin cold n flu now and at 10pm follow it up with ibuprofen + augmentin 600 ?
Doctor :   And do not stop Paracetamol or Crocin or Dolo650mg daily thrice
Doctor :   for next 3 days.
Doctor :   There is only Augmentin 600 but only 625 mg.
User :   ok
Doctor :   And I cannot prescribe you an Antibiotic on a chat window without examining you as it is against medical ethics, please understand my constraint.But I feel You can start the other medications.
Doctor :   3. Start Karvol plus steam inhalation every night and morning.
User :   ok
Doctor :   According to Medical Board we am not supposed to prescribe antibiotics and other medications without examining the patient.

Doctor :   4.Also Start on Grillinctus syrup daily four times
Doctor :   5. Koflet cough lozenges veery two hours.
