How can i help you?
User :   I was chatting a minute ago but I lost signal..
Doctor :
User :   What do you think about the problem.. do you think that my lower back pain and my really intense upper back pain with my thumb pain could be AS or just simple effects of my overweight body ...poor posture ...
Doctor :   may i know your age/sex and occupation?
User :   but it does not explain the red eye...
User :   33/Male/
User :   5.8 h / 215 weight
Doctor :   red eye means is it a mere congestion or did you suffer from sever form of the infection of eye
User :   XXXXXXXX , Sedimentation , Sjorgen's, TSHL , HCV Abl , Antinuclear Antibodies all of then regular and normal

Doctor :
regarding red eye
Doctor :
is it a congestion

User :   but high eye pressure a months ago an then red ey specially at night..
User :   and i read something called iritis or uveitis symptoms of Ankylosing
User :   and that with my back pain make freak uot
User :   out
Doctor :   redness of the eye is not the same red of the ititis or uveitis of the AS
User :   and i know the reumatologist did not ord the bl;ood test for that and now it is hard to believe my primary and the reumnatologist that it is only bad posture
Doctor :   iridocyclitis and uveitis of AS should have the following
User :   humm ok.. looks like little veins red and sometime my eye feels like sticky.. when i blink..
User :   ok explain..
Doctor :
no it is not the redness of the iridocyclitis or uveitis
Doctor :   they will have
Doctor :   redness with pain
Doctor :   not able to see light
Doctor :
blurred vision
Doctor :
and more so loss of vision
User :   pain all the time or just at night actually last night was the first time i felt pain but just for a bit..
User :   well no blurry or lost vision..
Doctor :   all the symptom as mentioned will be consistent and persistent
Doctor :
and it will be relieved with medicines of high doses
Doctor :   redness of the eye of AS will have these features, which i think you dont have
User :   so probably i need to calm down and believe my reumatologist and probabl;y there was a reason she knew it wasnot necesaary to order the AS blood test for the gene hsl -27..and also my primary doctor sayin that i need to exercise more and probably have a back therapy to crrect soem little damage for my poor posture.. and probablymy red eye is because i am to stresses about my health..
User :   well and the bacl pain... the problem is that my lower back is no stiff as my upper back.....actually I started running 3 miles everyday and while i am running no pain.. after the shower excellent feeling but in the morning some pain in the upper back..
User :   pain upper back ..and lower back no pain but bothering...
Doctor :   ok
User :   thumbs base pain both hands
Doctor :   back pain may be attributed to
Doctor :
overweight and bad posture
User :   the reumatologist mentioned something about week back and abdominal muscles
Doctor :   yes

User :   so that poor posture can cause all of the rest of my symptoms? starting with the back pain...thumbs pain and foot pain.. in the middle of the base (right foot)

Doctor :
the body weight is transmitted by the spine also
