Doctor :   Back pain like your doctor suggested is a chronic problem.
Doctor :   Multiple factors are responsible for this problem.

Doctor :   All these factors needs to be controlled if one needs to prevent back pain.
Doctor :   Now coming to your concern,
Doctor :   siting from this far, without physical examination, Xray and Scans it is difficult to predict
Doctor :   the severity of the problem.
Doctor :   Hence I suggest you to get an Xray of the lumbar spine and a spine examination by a doctor.
Doctor :   Apart from this,
Doctor :   you will need the following
Doctor :   1. Adequate rest whenever you are in severe pain.
Doctor :   2. Tab Ibuprofen 200mg whenever there is severe pain.
Doctor :   3. Back strengthening exercises
Doctor :   4. Physiotherapy techniques.
Doctor :   Other modalities of treatment will be decided after analysing Xrays and spine examination.
