User:at times, i have lower back pain... while i stand for long. what could be the reasons
User:and after that when i sit for some time, it gets over
Doctor:May I know your age, height and weight?
User:age : 36, 5.4 , 64
Doctor:The common causes for back pain includes, disc problems and muscle pain.
Doctor:Both of them express while the back is on stress.
Doctor:As you said, it can show while standing for long time.
User:am i overweight
User:and can i do something not to happen
Doctor:There are certain ways to prevent back pain.
Doctor:1. Maintain an ideal weight
Doctor:2. Regular exercise.
Doctor:3. maintain a good posture.
Doctor:these are the three things which can prevent spinal problems and back pain.

Doctor:Your weight seems to be within the normal range.
Doctor:But you can reduce around 2-3 kgs.
Doctor:While at work also you can maintain the posture by keeping your back straight.
User:any suggestions to reduce 2-3 ks
Doctor:To reduce weight , the important things are eat healthy and regular exercise.
Doctor:You can work out for around 45 minutes a day.
Doctor:It can be a brisk walking, or aerobic exercise.
Doctor:Diet: You can take 3 main meals ( Breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 3 snacks with vegetables and fruits.
Doctor:Drink at least 3 liters of water a day.
Doctor:For your problem, it seems, more important is to maintain the posture.
