User :   I was suffering from azoospermia , I went ahead with VEA surgery for obstruction, but after 6 months no sperms in semen, previously in all my tests fructose was present but in today's test fructose is absent, Does this means surgery is complete failure. Any chance of later recovery. Can I undergo one more surgery for obstruction removal. Eagerly Awaiting your response.
User :   sir any response for my below query
Doctor :   I cannot comment on the effects of the surgery based on the reports alone.
Doctor :   You would need to be evaluated by a physical examination, too.
User :   but fructose absence in semen means there is obstruction and surgery failure right?
Doctor :   Yes, it indicates that the obstruction is still on.
