Neglected and ended up with fever early morning 4 am with feeling of cold even though very well warmly covered up in sleep. Checked temp and found around 100 Deg F with max 101 Deg F. Treated with Paracetemol 500 mg Tab Fever subsided. Also started warm salt water gurgling twice a day for next 2 days with paracetemol tab for a single day. Felt normal health for next week.
