the case is about My wife , she has asthma from time to time , but that happens only if her nose nasal passage are blocked , some time both passages some time only one . And her asthma gets worse and worse if it is both .
She used a lot of sprays but no great affect until lately she used ... , and it made a different by reducing the mucus in her nose and thus breathing normally most of the time.
I read a lot lately about deviated spetrum surgerys and turbinates (i guess )
so we made a ct scan
please see below the pictures and tell me if it requires a surgery.
