User :   Hallo, I'm a 33 years old XXXXx boy and I had an accidental exposure of about 20mins to a significant dose of fine amosite dust in air while working on an old asbestos manifold. Now 2 weeks are passed and I keep feeling some pain in my lower lungs and pleura, like they was irritated by small breathed fibers. I'm in fear of having serious health conseguences, what can I do to improve my situation and/or get rid of many fibers as possible? Thank you in advance and excuse my poor english.
