Doctor:No both are different
User:OK can I know what is the difference
User:Which is advised by Dr for my kid
Doctor:Metaspray contains Mometasone
Doctor:and duonase contains azelastin, fluticasone
User:Ent Dr told to use duonase and peas Dr told me taspray for adenoids
Doctor:but both contains steroid
Doctor:Both are used for nasal related problems
Doctor:Did you tell peadiaricina that ent doctor advised Duodenase?

User:I told entbdr advised it...he told its OK both r same

User:So just wanted to know how it acts

User:Only one as metaspray started 1st
Doctor:both are used for allergic rhinitis and nasal problems like polyps, adenoids
