User :   ive been having a few problems, first of all i have anxiety and i am seeing someone on tuesday for that. But for some reason i have been having a bit of trouble aswell

User :   my hand keeps tingling and i feel really worried and my arms ache a bit and where my lungs are it usually hurts there, i also have a bit of pain in my back and the same spot on the front. I also have a few headaches

User :   im so worried and paranoid im even keeping myself awake most nights because im worried of going to bed

User :   and would sleeping a few hours through the day be healthy for me?

Doctor :   sleeping may help . but don not exceed more than 10 hours in 24 hours
