User :   Hello, this is regarding situational anxiety. I've had this since Jan 19th, when my Nephew was incarcerated, but I guess I was not realizing my uoset prior either. My husband had to step in to help me with the kids, so he has been home alot. Being my nephew will be released early friday morning, I am hoping this hurt will go away. My husband in anger said to me, "what makes you so sure you will just get better?" I have had situations and anxieties over seperation. And when the situation stopped, the anxiety got better. I was hoping for some brief advice, as I am hoping for the easy recovery in a few days. I won't lie, I have essentially cocooned myself. I have my Xanax, but have not used it, I feel I simple coasted. To explain my nephew further, he opted for jail, like an idiot and he went into a shell shock the second he got in that day. He was placed on suicide watch. He is only 20, I got him a private Doctor and a lawyer, he was then medicated and able to cope, and moved to minimum security. However, I didnt feel the "hero", I'm feeling very hurt over this. I caught the virus, I told everyone I was grateful for it, because the pain went physical while I was sick. Thank You - RGG :)

Doctor :   proceed as the way shows you , do never consider you are affected
User :   I guess i cant tell if there has been any trauma for me from this. I am praying when he is released, I can move on.
User :   I guess my worry is also that my husband will return to work, and I may be afraid. I got alot better, with the Anxiety. I got diagnoses for Mitral Valve prolapse syndrome, so I dont handke stress well ha ha
Doctor :   Are you symptomatic due to valve prolapse ?
User :   Yes, I get Anxiety and I have gotten much better. Until this happened
Doctor :   ok,
User :   I felt depressed that it was 37 days, then I got through this. Now I am nervous for myself as I dont want to relapse
User :   I know most Doctors know about Anxiety, so I figured I should ask.
Doctor :   anxiety attacks due to mitral valve prolapse are subjective and due to combined physical symptoms of valve prolapse
User :   yes, but typically I can feel good. I know stress is not good for me
User :   even times I have mild anxiety, I can still feel OK.
User :   In the beginning of my nephew going to jail, i was alright, but as he suffered, i got worried
Doctor :   i agree , as its a unavoidable trigger
User :   that was exactly it
User :   And I knew him going was sad, but didnt realize it upset me like it did
Doctor :   well , its reality and its happening , you could do nothing to stop it but face it strongly
Doctor :   and keep the same level of confidence
User :   right, thats what i did.
User :   I will
Doctor :   life is a hurdle race
Doctor :   you have to face and jump every time
User :   I know, but I will try to be more prepared for hardships now
Doctor :   the more you strongly deal with them the more front you are
User :   he is the first in my faily to go to jail
Doctor :   well , i am very sorry for that
User :   yes, me too
User :   OK,
Doctor :   Pray for his good , if you believe in it
