User :   i have a lot of symptoms going on. back in aug i was taken to the er 3 times for my heart racing up to 140 i had numbness shortness and breath and pressure in my chest, because of that my cardiologist admitted me, I had multiple ekg's, bloodwork, 2 echos, chest xrays and the tilt table test all were fine. He put me on 25mg of metroplol. I continued different testing from a gastroenteroligst, gallbladder, the drink and xray thing and where they go down my throat. they found a small hital hernia and my gallbladder is somewhat constricted. I also have been tested for lymes and thyrod all was fine. I still get pressure in my chest sharp pains in my left breast and to the side of it. the last 2 weeks my arms hurt the pain in chest goes up to my neck now. The last ekg i had done was about a month ago and it was fine. I also get thes palpitation feeling things in my stomach is that a spasm or can you feel heart palpitations in your stomach i know its a lot just trying to give details please let me know what you think I would like to finally find an answer

Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
let me read
Doctor :
was you told you have been suffering from panic attack after all your investigation appeared normal?
User :   i have not had any real answers, me off of the metroplol after we found the hernia and constricted gallbladder he said maybe i was getting scraed from feeling what was going on with any digestive issues. maybe my heart raceing was panic attacks but what about the sharp pains in chest they have been going on for quite awhile
Doctor :   panic attack do have sharp pains in the chests
User :   do they make you feel light headed? i also get short of breath doing the simplest things
Doctor :
yes the typical panic attack will have sharp chest pain, difficulty in breathing, palpitations, light headness, giddiness and fall ..etc
User :   last night i squatted down to pick something up as i leaned forward the pain got really bad
Doctor :   ok

User :   so would pain from panic make that happen
User :   and do symptoms like the pain, or breathing happen even when you are not having an "attack"
Doctor :   yes

User :   so anxeity can cause symptoms that last all day everyday without having fullblown attacks
Doctor :
User :   and what is the palpiation feeling in my stomach, spasms or heart palpitations
Doctor :   it is feeling
Doctor :
the heart pounding transmitted and felt in the stomach
User :   i dont feel it in my chest, i dont know what to call it other then a palpitation, like a thud thud usually on the right side of my stomach but sometimes closer to diaphram area
Doctor :
User :   so its my heart?
Doctor :
the same thing
Doctor :   it is heart only you are feeling its beat in stomach
User :   it will sometmes happen many times a day, isnt that a need for concern
Doctor :
well when the multiple tests have not shown any disease
Doctor :
it is not a matter of concern at all
User :   sometimes after it happens i feel like i need to use the bathroom, is that related
Doctor :   yeah they are related
Doctor :
since you are afraid of the fact that you have a disease it will increase the intestine motility and you may need to use bathroom
User :   my gallbladder being restricrted has anything to do with it? and the thmping
