User :I am a 23 year old female. For the past months I have been having episodes where I break out in a sweat, my heart races and beats so fast that I can fill it in my throat I have trouble catching my breath. And they just suddenly happen with no warning. I can be doing absolutely nothing and they happen. I hadn't really thought much about it but about 3 days ago I had the same type of episode 3 different times in the same day maybe an hour and half apart. Heart problems blood pressure problems run in my family so I went to the doctor my doctor ran no test put me on metoprolol 25 mg because my blood pressure in his office was 150/100 and gave me Clonazepam. I haven't been taking the blood pressure medicine because my blood pressure has been stable. My pulse for the past two months has been running any where from 130 to 150 constantly. I'm extremly tired all the time I have headaches non stop. I don't know what to do. Should i go to another doctor? A doctor who might actually run some test on me. What test do they usually run on people for things like this. I have never ever had any other health problems this just started all the sudden.
