User :   How long does it take an infant child to start turning blue after their airway is obstructed?

Doctor :   turning blue depends on the nature of obstruction
User :   It was a food obstruction.
Doctor :   if partial obstruction than it is well compensated and may not be apperent

Doctor :   in complete obstruction it will take 3 to 5 minutes for bluness to appear
