User :   I have problem with continuous sneezing over last two-three years, I had consulted several doctors, all said there is no problem.
Doctor :   Is there any relation to a specific season ?
User :   after woke-up from bed, sneezings starts and ends after 5-10 minutes
User :   no, it is not seasonal
User :   almost every time after I get-up
Doctor :   Do you have any other symptom associated with it ?
User :   running nose (only left One)

User :   running nose starts first and then sneezings
Doctor :   ok, Have you noticed the same when you had slept in place other than the regular ?
User :   doesnt matter about place
User :   I have been tried with different pillows, beds
User :   I dont see any difference
Doctor :   ok, I would consider it probably due to Allergic rhinitis

Doctor :   you need to be put on local antiallergics

User :   I'm using allergin, cetrizine
User :   these didnt solve my problem at all

User :   no sir
User :   tablets onlyt
Doctor :   i would advice you to use Azelastin nasal spray every early morning and a tab of Loratidine 10 mg every night after food for at least a week
Doctor :   nasal spar do give faster relief and make the nasal mucosa resistant to allergens
Doctor :   and in severe cases steroid nasal drops may be required
Doctor :   its like a chain reaction one sneez triggers the other
Doctor :   hence if you stop the first one by the spray then you will have a symptom free day
User :   yes, one sneez triggering 5-6 sneezes
Doctor :   so stop the first one by the spray , by applying it as soon as you get up
Doctor :   also take VIT C supplements
Doctor :   either in the form of tablets or through natural sources like gooseberries , citric fruits etc

Doctor :   Aroma therapy or steam inhalation is known to help. Mixing a few drops of eucalyptus oil to hot warm and inhaling the steam is known to lessen the severity of the conditions.
