Doctor:How are you?
User:i am blessed with a baby boy 2 days back

User:few people in the hospital say that we should keep the baby warm
User:few say that we need to keep it open and let it free
User:what should we really do?
Doctor:the child needs to be kept warm XXXXXXX
Doctor:children cant manage their temperature properly
Doctor:so it becomes a problem
User:oh ok.. thanks doctor
User:how do we get to know if the baby is feeling hot and needs air
Doctor:Check the feet and hands
Doctor:if they are warm
Doctor:your child is fine
User:ok.. Thanks a lot doctor...
Doctor:Is there anything else I can help you with?
User:one more query please
User:currently we are having trouble with mother's milk
Doctor:what trouble
User:the generation is a little slow
Doctor:it is slow initially
Doctor:gradually it increases
User:as per doctor here, they say it will take another 1-2 days to increase.. as you suggest as well
User:currently clearly this is not sufficient for the baby
Doctor:it starts increasing when the mother hears the cchild cry
Doctor:this is the colostrum XXXXXXX
User:so as alternative (along with available mother milk) we are giving sugar-water and cow-milk
User:is that fine?
Doctor:its not required
Doctor:and dont give it
User:how do we take care of the baby hunger then? it cries due to hunger, and on feeding the mentioned thing sleeps peacefully
Doctor:The mother needs to hold the baby long enough
Doctor:hold in a proper position
Doctor:the back and neck of child should be supported completely
Doctor:dont give the child anything else
Doctor:its not required
User:so do we stop the external food completely?
Doctor:no water also
User:thanks doctor
User:normal to have the delay in milk generation right.. we do not need to give any medicine etc to speed up the process
Doctor:thats correct
Doctor:the more your wife holds her son
Doctor:the better it will be
User:sure :)
