User :   i am 61kgs and my height is 5.1"

User :   and i am putting on flab.. more so because i keep feeling hungry at the sight of food

User :   could you suggest a good diet.. i m a hardcore non-vegetarian and donot like veggies

User :   its been quite sometime that when i try to do freehand excercises at home
User :   especially jump or skip, jog etc
User :   hardly 2 minutes and my head starts paining

User :   because of which i cant do any such activity .. leave that aside even if i have to do yoga neck exercises , moving my head makes my head spin

User :   i know but this problem of headaches is not going

User :   also i m having hair loss.. and i hv no stress at all

User :   what headaches??
User :   any time when i do jump, jog or skip or neck movements

User :   i sleep by around 12 every day bt make up for it by sleepin late on weekends
Doctor :   sometimes, irrular sleep, and diet habits can present in this way

Doctor :   Follow a healhty diet, regular sleep time and then everything can work out easily
User :   hmmm.. okay!
Doctor :   also, if this looks like tension headache, then you need to change some lifestyle aspects
