User :   I am having tonsilitis

User :   Yes. Actually i am suffering from this disease since my i was 15. I have taken lot of medication

User :   But as soon as i stop using medicines, it starts again after some days

Doctor :   How many times in a year do you get this problem?
User :   When i get this problem, i will feel feverish for some 2-3 days. I do have cough and thich mucus fluid comes out for a month

User :   Mostly 3-4 times i get this infection

User :   I don't smoke, but i have started drinking since 2 years. But i don't do that quite regularly, once in 2 months i do drink
Doctor :   Have you seen an ENT / ben advised surgery for your recurrent tonsillitis at any time?
User :   Yes they do advice me for a surgery . But i am really scared of getting operated. And some doctors aslo has advised me not to opt for surgery. As it lowers the immune system of the body. As tonsils helps in producing immune system

User :   yes when i get the infection all these problem arises with that. But i don't have ear block

User :   it usually takes 1 week to get cured even if i am taking medicines. If i am not taking anything then it lasts for 1 month
Doctor :   AAAAAAA taking antibiotics often is not good
Doctor :   But if your infection is severe

User :   Also some doctors has advised me to opt for surgery as it may impact my sex life after marriage

User :   i will have recurrent throat infection after having sex
