User :   Over the last few weeks, I have been experiencing an acute ache near the Lower and Upper Right Jaw which ultimately leads to some form of toothache and sometimes headache too. This is the first time which has happened. One peculiar point to be noted is that this situation occurs during night times only.
So, what do u think about this problem ? What might be the causes ?
I have not yet undergone any diagnosis and havent taken any precautionary medicines
Doctor :   There are a couple of tthings that i can think of one most importantly could be a carries tooth

Doctor :   and 2) needs to some sort of an infection in\ the Jaw

User :   but why does this happen only during night times

Doctor :   YEs During the night you are more so relaxed and do not have any other things on your mind and also the infection causing organisms
