User :   I have been biten by a dog. The skin isnt broken apart from one tooth mark which has left the skin like its nearly bleeding (but its not bleeding) it is also so and the area is swollen. Was wearing jeans at the time

User :   well it sort of has broken the skin with a tooth mark which has left the skin red
User :   the tooth mark left is a red colour

Doctor :   and you had jeans on

Doctor :   well its what we call as a pressure bite .
Doctor :   you have nothing to worry about
User :   ok but its swollen and sore
Doctor :   you can apply some ice pack on it
Doctor :   and it will go in a few hours
User :   i put some antiseptic cream on it is this ok

Doctor :   we are most concerned in a dog bite if you had a open wound but thats not the case
Doctor :   so dont worry
User :   but the tooth mark has broken the skin but theres no bleeding
