Doctor :   Hi
User :   I suffer from Acne. I've tried all the normal Antibiotics over a 4 year period, but now it's seems the Acne is resistant to them or my body has built up a resistance to the Anti-biotics. I've always noticed my Acne is quite different from other peoples. I don't get many Acne spots, my skins looks and seems pretty healthy, but when i do get a spot it is always really agressive and normally there is a massive pressure build up in terms of the white blood cells in the spot. I normally use a disinfected needle top pop the spot to release the massive build of pressure, this always seems to help the spot heal much faster than it would of too. My question is, i wonder if more than than having an acne problem, it's infact my body that over reacts to any infection by sending way too much white blood cells to assist in healing. I've noticed when i get insect bites, my body also over reacts in comparison to everyone elses (5 times bigger!). Does my little theory exist as a regonised condition?
Doctor :   How can I help you
Doctor :   Well you will need a combination of antibiotics and along with it Isotretinoin too
Doctor :   and it shall need to be the combination than any of them alone
Doctor :   well it can be so that you are having acne and
Doctor :   your immune response is significant and hence you are having an exaggerated response
Doctor :   to it
User :   But im wondering if i dont really have any acne problem and ut's just my body over reacting to very minor skin infections... is this possible?
Doctor :   No it shall no the case
User :   IF so, how do you reduce the body's reaction?
Doctor :   well you do not need
