User :   Hi
Doctor :   welcome to healthcare magic
Doctor :   how can i help u here ?
User :   yesterday i had a terrible pain in my tummy. i took an ibu 600 and it was a little better
Doctor :   ok
User :   now i wonderif it could be an appendix or some kind of flue
Doctor :   may i know your age ?
User :   most of the pain is gone, but it is not oké
User :   i am a little warm
User :   but i can still eat
Doctor :   appendicitis is a serious acute infection and it presents with severe pain in the right lower side of the belly, along with high grade fever, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite , lethargy
User :   oke, i did not loose my appetite yet and the pain is not only on the right side
Doctor :   your symptoms if have decreased, or have become tolerable might not be due to appendicitis
User :   thats what i thought
Doctor :   if u have generalised pain in the tummy, that is due to indigestion or overactive intestines
Doctor :   and this does not occur in appendicitis
User :   so i had better take another ibu perhaps before the flight and tomorrow when i am home i can go and see a docter
Doctor :   yes you can take ibuprofen for the pain
User :   thank you for your answer
Doctor :   but in addition take some prilosec as well
Doctor :   this will reduce the acidity and indigestion
User :   what is prilosec
Doctor :   prilosec is omeprazole , a acid reducing medication
User :   oh oké, i will try to find that
User :   thank you
Doctor :   you are most welcome
Doctor :   thanks for consulting me here
Doctor :   take care and have a speedy recovery
User :   thank you!
Doctor :   bye for now
