User :   my daughter is 10 years old she often vomits and sometimes diorhea at the same time on average it happens about every6-8 it can sometime occur twice in the same week, when it comes it usually only lasts the day but never any longer than 2 days, but she almost constantly moans of a bad tummy other than that she is fit and health and very rarely has other illnesses. i have taken her to the doctors several time as this has been going on since she was about 3 but they tell me its attention seeking or due to constipation, could there be another reason for this as i dont think its attention seeking as it happens at all different time including in the middle of the night while she's been sleeping.
