Doctor : 1. first thing you need to remember is to make sure you follow a regular food timing

Doctor : but try as much as you can
Doctor : have breakfast around 7 30
Doctor : lunch at one or 1 30
Doctor : and dinner before 8
Doctor : follow this pattern
Doctor : waiting in empty stomach for long will increase the acid production
Doctor : in stomach and hence the gastritis
Doctor : 2. you must cut down on tea limit it to 2 or 3 cups a day
Doctor : as it is a common cause of gastritis
Doctor : 3. you must drink lot of water and fruit juices , fluids are very important for good digestion
