User :   i ma having a problem from last one month gestric

User :   tea but daily 4-5

User :   i am in sales so maximum time out of office so it is not possible

Doctor :   1. first thing you need to remember is to make sure you follow a regular food timing
Doctor :   i know it is tough to follow being in sales
Doctor :   but try as much as you can
Doctor :   have breakfast around 7 30
Doctor :   lunch at one or 1 30
Doctor :   and dinner before 8
Doctor :   follow this pattern
Doctor :   waiting in empty stomach for long will increase the acid production
Doctor :   in stomach and hence the gastritis
Doctor :   2. you must cut down on tea limit it to 2 or 3 cups a day
Doctor :   as it is a common cause of gastritis
Doctor :   3. you must drink lot of water and fruit juices , fluids are very important for good digestion
User :   might be this happen due to over excersice earlier time as i was waight-lifter, power-lifter
Doctor :   you may consider having a glass of warm water on empty stomach as soon as you wake up
Doctor :   exxercise may not be the reason , as long as it is not over done
Doctor :   physical activity is very helpful in reducing acididty symptoms
Doctor :   i insist you go for 30 mins of walk daily
User :   no basiclly that time we were doing 3-4 hours workout

Doctor :   apart from this , I suggest you to have the right diet
Doctor :   include a lot of green vegetables , fruits in your diet
Doctor :   they have anti oxidants and prevent problems
Doctor :   try to avoid lot of spicy food , oily food and fried food
