User :   i am 20 years old girl since yesterday i had abdominal pain and after urinating i noticed clear vaginal discharge. after urinating the pain is gone. i always suffered from vaginal discharge but no itching burning no infections.
Doctor :   OK
User :   i am also suffering from bloating often. but this may be a result of me walking barefoot when i am home ( get cold or something)
Doctor :   OK
Doctor :   I would like to know few more things which would help me in suggesting you better: Doctor :   May I know the region of your abdominal pain?
User :   low abdominal pain
User :   in the middle
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Any other associated symptoms like diarrhea or vomiting?
User :   no nothing

User :   clear color
User :   no smell
User :   no itching
User :   looks sticky
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Did you see any doctor for this?
User :   but that was only yesterday and today. a week ago i had yellowish discharge. little discharge though. musky smell (which i think is normal because thats how the discharge smelled since many years)
User :   no.
User :   i had blood tests and urine tests
Doctor :   Ok
User :   there was nothing wrong. and the urine tests showed no infection.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   After going through the history provided by you, I feel that the abdominal pain could be due gastritis due to which you suffer with bloating and fullness of the stomach.
Doctor :   Regarding the pain relieving after urination suggests something related to the urinary tract but as the urine examination says that your urine is free of any infection this possibility can be ruled out.
User :   so do you think i should go to gastroenterologist? or to a gyno?
Doctor :   It would be better to see a gynecologist first as to rule out the vaginal infection as you state the discharge was foul smelling before but now its not.
Doctor :   But still it is important to rule out infection.
Doctor :   Regarding your abdominal pain you can follow these measures which will reduce your pain considering it to be due to gastritis.
Doctor :   1. Consume lots of water and fruit juices.
Doctor :   minimum of 3 to 4 litres a day.
User :   it has been many years i have vaginal discharge. and sometimes the smell goes on and then goes away and then everything is normal again . no sexual intercourse.
Doctor :   I understand, this could be due to menstruation in which due to normal discharge the infected area would flow out but slowly the infection will regain.
Doctor :   2. Consume lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Doctor :   3. Avoid excess coffee or tea.
Doctor :   4. Avoid smoking and alcohol
Doctor :   5. You can take antacids like DIGENE syp or any over the counter antacids regularly atleast for 15 days and observe for any improvements.
User :   ok doctor than you
Doctor :   Are there any more queries for me to help you with?
User :   no doctor thank you
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me
Doctor :   Take care
Doctor :   Bye for now.
