User :   my 3 year old son has been complaining of a bellyache several times a day for the past few weeks but does not appear sick and acts fine
Doctor :   Is he suffering from any other symptoms apart from bellyache
User :   no nothing at all
User :   he just complains that his belly hurts and thats it

User :   about 5 months ago and everything was good
User :   should i be worried or just let it go since he shows no signs of illness besides the complaining
