User :   my wife is 8 week pregnent and also has allergy to cold and she cant breath
User :   so she is taking otrinoz ...and i also consulted doctor
User :   doctor said ok............but dont use much...............but she has to take twice a day
User :   she has to take the drops in nose twice a day
User :   is there any laternative to otrinoz ?
User :   some thing which doesnt go to stomach
Doctor :   How many days has she been using it now?
User :   she has been using it from last 6 weeks almost daily twice

User :   daily she has the problem she cant breath
User :   i mean if she take otrinoz she can be ok for 12 hours
User :   some times she takes once in a day
User :   90% she takes twice a day

User :   but she is not weak
Doctor :   one teaspoon salt & 4 spoons sterile water

User :   no reltaed to cold she doesnt have any symptoms.....other than breathing problem.....
User :   she is having vomting sensation i think that is related to her pregnency

User :   till now i never contacted doctor specific to this
User :   so i dont is this called as Sinusitis.
Doctor :   Ok then she can take Sudafed Nasal Decongestant Tablets one at night
User :   so i dont know is this called as Sinusitis
Doctor :   No in sinusitis there would usually be an associated headache
Doctor :   You can check with an ENT specialist if havent already
User :   oh ok sure.....and sure she doesnt have headache during this 6 weeks
Doctor :   This sort of a thing is usual in pregnancy, ther is a drastic circulatory redistribution & increase in blood volume

User :   and for inhalation what are the stuff we have to add water while boiling? Can I add turmeric and Zandu balm?

User :   ok then i will add vicks drops also
