User :   hello, my nam, I went for a chest x ray yesterday where the doctors found a 2-4cm white spot inside the upper part of my left lung

User :   Because i am in japan the doctor said it wasn't extremely urgent to have this checked out, but do you think I should have it checked out
Doctor :   it could be some lymphnodes enlarged
User :   I do not have any chest pains or breathing problems and can run 5 miles without any trouble, but the doctor in japan said that I have a large heart and need to have this checked in some time
