My left leg is swollen to the point where skin is tight.and red on calf and warm to the touch. When I ve been down for little bit and try to get up I get pain in calf like blood is rushing down leg and have pressure. Is this a blood clot and how soon should I see a doc.

2 weeks ago when laying down I felt like a whirring dizziness .yesterday I had hard time driving to work, got sick while having a hard time focusing . I had to work because no one would cover for me. Since then , 24 hours ago I ve just played in bed, because there is something really wrong with me.
