Mood instability

We all experience so many ups and downs in our life. Sometimes we feel like screaming with joy and sometimes we feel like sitting alone and crying loudly. This eventually leads to personality disorder or mood instability. Sometimes we feel like screaming with joy and sometimes we feel like sitting alone and crying loudly. This eventually leads to personality disorder or mood instability. Just follow these steps on how to control this condition.

Life is a struggle. We all have different ways and means of struggling with it. Some people are able to take up the stress, others are not. Long time back, I read somewhere, ‘It is easy to die, but difficult to live’. We all experience so many ups and downs in our life.

Steps to tackle Mood Instability:

Step1

FIND OUT THE REASON: The first step to treat this mood instability is to find the reason behind it. For most of us the main cause is   ups and         downs of the life, our past experiences, bad relations with people around us, stress at work place. Just try to find out which one is bothering you most

      Step2

PARENTING: Some parents find it difficult to do justice with the 24hr job of parenthood. For example, a lady who has resigned her job, to take care of her baby. She may not do the justice with her motherhood, unless she is sure of her priorities in the life. Many parents hit or abuse their children to relieve the stress of parenthood. So try to love your children as much as you can. Just think, they are too young to understand the complications of life.

Step3

FAMILY: Try to discuss all issues with your family members to avoid any conflict. If your relations are not good with them, try to solve thes first. Remember, family should always be your first priority. Try to be on good terms with your friends and neighbors.

Step4

PSYCHATRIC HELP: If required don’t hesitate to take the help of a counselor. He or she will ask you few questions about your past. Try to be honest in answering them. He or she may also ask you for some hormonal tests before prescribing some medicines. Take help of your family and friends in finding a good psychiatric help for you to treat mood instability.
