We all like to got to parties, but end up eating more of fatty foods and carbohydare rich foods. If you need to loose weight, then you need to choose carefully the foods in the parties

  • Party time can be danger-time when you are dieting.
  • Do not starve yourself all day before a party; you will be so hungry that you might binge.
  • Have a day of light eating the day before and the day after the party.
  • Decide beforehand whether you will indulge in alcohol and if so how much.
  • Make shorts in to long drinks by adding low-calorie mixers. You can add soda water to wine to make a spritzer.
  • Dance as much as possible, it is enjoyable, uses up calories and minimize time for food and drink.
  • Eat less of favorite foods, but don’t cut them out entirely.
  • Don’t eat something of everything just for the sake of it.
