Blood shot in eye, accidently put contact lens in eyes while sleeping for few nights. What could be done?

I ve left my daily contacts in for a few nights accidently due to being in hospital having my baby and I woke up with a bloodshot eye at approx. 7 this morning. I immediately removed the lenses and went back to sleep. Woke back up at 11 and the eye is still blood shot. It s bank holiday and everywhere is shut.. What should I do?
