CT Findinds reveal a large heterogeneous lesion with evidence of liquefaction & cavitation in the medial part of left lower lung lobe parenchyma with associated mild to moderae left pleural effusion - Impaging features suggest possibility of ?mitotic etiology with less likely diferential of infective etiology.
