Urethral syndrome

hello doctor i am constantly suffering from urethral pain since last 3/4 months. i am have been testing both the culture and sensitivity (c/s) of urine and its regular test and have had the ultrasound of abdomen and pelvic as well as tested the vdrl but still couldn't get any signal of problem. may i know what's wrong with me?

age 30,female,currently on homeoapathy ,suffering with urinary pain since last 3years.culture test done no positive results,no growth of any bacteria .severely burning and piercing pain while urination.sometimes it aggrevates by sitting on hard surfaces for a long time,pain starts anytime abruptly and if i lye down it disappears.dont know what it is,checked with lots of urologists .they dont have any solution to this .some said urethritis or , vaginitis .donnt know what to do??plz. help someone.

I continually have WBC and WBC esterase in urine w/o bacteria. Cystoscopy did not reveal IC I do have chronic cystitis and thickened bladder wall. I was on Cypro for 2 months and do not want to go back on it again. Any suggestions as to what is going on?

27 year old female, SEVERE abdominal pain that comes in waves. NOT like anything I have ever experienced before. I have been to hospital twice in the last week, this is going on almost 2 weeks. They found pus in my urine and gave me a one time dose of antibiotics for a UTI. I am not convinced this is all it is, I have had UTI's in the past and have never had this level of pain, when it comes on it is an instant 10 for level of pain and last 15 minutes and then eases off.
