cheers friend, most likely diagnosis in this case would be nephrotic syndrome, renal or hepatic failure. Unless some tropical disease is involved that causes the above symptoms. I would get a liver panel and a creatinine level, and start the patient on diuretics immediately. This patient needs...

my boyfriend just recently died and his skin started to turn yellow. they still dont know a cause of death but we went to the emergancy room because he said he had alot of pain in his chest . all of his levels( blood presure, oxygen , pulse , ext.) were fine. before he died he would take a deep raspy breath in and just lay there without any movement for awhile then take another deep breath in. why they unhooked him from the machines keeping his heart beating and his lungs working his skin started to turn yellow. what could cause that to happen? i know that he did alot of drungs and drank alot but the night he died he hadnt had very much to drink (alcohol wise) and hadnt done any drugs. his mother told me that he had hepatits c. could that affect his death when he was complaining of chest pain?

I have been struggling with weight loss for many years and am planning a new attempt with a local weight loss clinic. I have heard of a new product called Qsymia, which apparently can only be used in conjunction with doctor's supervision and other weight loss techniques. I assume the fact that I snore is related to this issue. However, my wife tells me that my snoring varies - sometimes I don't snore at all, or little, and other times I snore very loudly. She also says that at times she hears me "moaning and groaning." However, she does not - nor do I - believe that I have any issues related to breathing (apnea), and that I breathe normally. I would appreciate your input on these matters. Of course I realize that if I lost 35 kilos I wouldn't snore anymore at all.
Brief Answer:
Weight loss,Airway evaluation
